Jordan recently obtained his master’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. As he continues to pursue his PhD, he also works at Johns Hopkins University as an Institutional Research Analyst. Here, he applies his knowledge of survey development, data management, and data analysis to help support the endeavors of the university. His research focuses primarily on understanding the intersection of organizational workplace factors and mental health for university faculty. His thesis, titled “Burnout, Self-Efficacy, and Coping Strategies Among College Faculty,” addressed how various job demands and mental resources of faculty members contributed to their emotional burnout experienced as a direct result of their work.
